In the course of history, the war of liberation was the final form of the Bengali nationalist movement. This was the first time that the Bengalis were able to establish an independent and sovereign state through the war of liberation. Behind the emancipation of every ethnic group there is a strong role of one or another hypnotic leadership. Similarly, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib has an unforgettable role behind the liberation of the Bengali nation. As the leader of the Bengali nation, Bangabandhu was never hesitant. Bangabandhu was a terror to the Pakistani military junta. Soon after the establishment of Pakistan, the Bengali nationalist movement took root.
Bangabandhu was under the special surveillance of the Pak junta while he was a student leader. Later, if the nationalist movement was to reach its final form, it should come to life with the participation of Bangabandhu. Pakistan intelligence has not given so much importance to any contemporary student leader. Especially after raising six points, Sheikh Mujib emerged as a liberator to the people of Bengal. The six points are the certificate of liberation of Bengalis. It is clear from the six points how the trend of the freedom movement has progressed towards independence. The issue of full independence was declared in the strong proposal to give power to the provincial government, to introduce a different monetary policy, especially to form a paramilitary force. Note that East Pakistan has always been neglected, exploited and deprived. The urbanization and industrialization in West Pakistan with the raw materials and capital here is a bad omen for the Bengalis. Although arms are bought with the money of hardworking people of Bengal, the safety of the people here is always neglected. The issue of security in East Pakistan therefore came up very strongly in six points.
Bangabandhu's political life began with the slogan 'Pakistan for boys'. Very quickly breaks his mistake. The state of Pakistan was established on the basis of sand dam-like biracialism. Prominent artists, writers and intellectuals have said that the state of Pakistan will not last. Student leader Sheikh Mujib could easily have guessed this change in the politics of the subcontinent. After its establishment, Pakistan was seen as an oppressive state. By deviating from justice and good governance, the dictatorial regime of Pakistan has taken the destructive image of exploiter. Although Bangabandhu joined the Pakistan movement in the political context of the time, he was never communal. In the British machinations, India-Pakistan division on the basis of religion became essential. Sheikh Mujib had mastered this great mantra of humanity from the very beginning of his life. Bangabandhu was fully entitled to this ambivalent humanistic vision of the Bengali nation. The sole aim of his life was the overall liberation of the Bengali nation.
The state established on the basis of biracialism could not become a monument to the liberation of Bengalis. Sheikh Mujib, the then student leader, was able to anticipate when the Bengalis were again caught in a new cycle of exploitation in the disguised state of Pakistan. Bangabandhu spoke about the new freedom struggle with his colleagues in the Baker Hostel. After partition, Sheikh Mujib moved from Calcutta to Dhaka. He took the helm of the Bengali freedom movement. In the political context of the time, Bangabandhu was seen in the progressive group of the Muslim League along with Abul Hashim-Suhrawardy. The non-communal sentiment that Sheikh Mujib introduced in 1955 by omitting the word 'Muslim' from the Awami Muslim League was enshrined in the constitution of independent Bangladesh as 'secularism'. In the mantra of freedom, he ensured equal status and rights of all as human beings irrespective of religion, caste, gender.
Dawn Sunrise: Leadership is like Sheikh Mujib's instinct. In his school life, he was initiated by Hamid Master, a soldier of the Indian Independence Movement. Sheikh Mujib's organizational experience began at an early age with the establishment of Dharmagola with his beloved teacher Hamid Master. Sheikh Mujib was also good at leading the football team in the village. Resolved the existing quarrels and fights between the people of the two villages. Sheikh Mujib was born with a very sensitive heart towards sad and hardworking people. This misery and deprivation of the exploited people caused him deep pain. An excerpt from an unfinished autobiography:
"I remember a very poor old woman standing on the street for a few hours. She heard me going this way. She saw me and took my hand and said, 'Dad, you have to sit in my hut for a while.' Many people brought me a bowl of milk, a drink and four annas of money with me in front of me, spread a blanket on the ground and held it in front of me and said, 'Eat, father, and how much money you take, I have nothing.' Tears came to my eyes. I took some milk in my mouth, handed him some more money with that money and said, 'Your prayers are enough for me, the value of your prayers cannot be paid with money.' He did not take the money, he put his hand on my head and said, There is a father for you. 'Silently two drops of water fell from my eyes as I came out of his house. That day I vowed in my heart, 'I will not deceive men.'
Fearless personality: Duplicity among the great leaders of Bengal has prolonged the path of liberation from exploitation of Bengalis. The Bengali leaders have strengthened the foundations of colonial rule through various efforts such as doing business with the company, learning Persian language, wearing turbans in that style. None of the Bengal Renaissance men made full efforts for political and economic liberation. The war of liberation was called the third awakening of the Bengalis. Political and economic liberation is the main basis of the liberation war. The path of liberation of Bengalis was not smooth at all. Note that at that time the world was divided into two blocks - socialist and capitalist. The socialist bloc cooperated with the small states after the break-up of the colonies. The reason behind this was the socialist attitude of the independence-loving states. On the other hand, the capitalist state was then busy in establishing a new form of imperialism by changing the type of land-based conventional imperialism and occupying the market and the brain. In this situation, it was not easy for a small country like Bangladesh to emerge as an independent state.
In such a sensitive situation, Bangabandhu took the helm of the liberation of the Bengali nation with a firm hand. The ruling class was afraid to keep Bangabandhu in the same jail for a long time. How fearless and unselfish he was is evident from one incident. Some students, including Sheikh Mujib, were expelled from the university for supporting and leading the movement of the fourth class employees of Dhaka University. Except Sheikh Mujib, everyone maintained the student bond with the decision of the university. Sheikh Mujib refused to give bond on the wrong decision of the university authorities. As a result, his student life came to an end as per the decision of the executive council of the university at that time. He told the university authorities that day, "I will come back to the university one day, but maybe not as a student." Yet Sheikh Mujib's heart did not move a single point. He was busy organizing the liberation struggle of the Bengalis and leading it in the right direction. Attempts to assassinate Sheikh Mujib were not made less by fabricating false cases. Sheikh Mujib was not disturbed when his grave was dug in a Pakistani jail. The liberation of Bengalis was his only meditation and knowledge.
Mujib is the best in hypnotic qualities: The word charisma literally means 'miraculous power'. The term miraculous power or miracle is not used in sociology. In the discussion of sociology, charisma refers to the ability to do extraordinary things, not miraculous powers. This power is the hypnotic power. One of the characteristics of leadership is hypnosis. Khoka of Tungipara has emerged as a liberator in front of the Bengali nation. This Khoka later established himself as the father of the Bengali nation at a unique height. Political scientist said. Zillur Rahman Khan wrote in his book 'Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib's Hypnotic Leadership and Freedom Struggle', 'Sheikh Mujibur Rahman won an absolute majority in the Pakistan National Assembly in the 1970 elections. He was able to run an effective government after General Yahya Khan unjustly adjourned the National Assembly session on 1 March 1971. He is the only leader in the world who has formed an effective government for 75 million people through non-violence and non-cooperation movement. He is a unique political figure, through whom we see the emergence of a charismatic leader - one who is purely patriotic. Almost all prominent leaders like him - such as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Bandaranaike - have all been educated in the West. Bangabandhu became such a leader in his own right - the people did what he wanted. '
We usually see that most of the leaders are not understood by the common people. This crisis can be clearly seen among the politicians of this country. They speak of the redemption of man; But people do not understand them. Many are ‘capitalism’,
